Sorry. If our logo is not on the reverse of your flyer, you will need to pay a £5.00 administration charge per event.

What should I do following payment?
Simply email us your flyer and event details as described above. Please email your Pay Pal payment reference number in the subject field of the email.

How long before my club night is added?
Your club night will be added to the listing within four working days of receiving payment providing you have supplied us with all required images and event details.

My club night details have changed/no longer on, what do I do?
If aspects of your club night change or is cancelled, it would be greatly appreciated by our visitors and ourselves, if you could let us know, by emailing advertising@thesituation.co.uk, so that we can updated the guide appropriately.

Whose responsibility is it to get clearance to display flyers/photographs on your site?
It is the responsibility of the club promoter/owner to gain permission from the designer/photographer to display photographs/flyers on situation.co.uk. By emailing us, photographs/flyers, you are giving us permission to display such images and are fully responsibility for gaining copyright clearance.

Do you run a guest list service?
No. Sorry we do not run a guest list service at present.

What type of club nights will you list?
Hip Hop, Soul, RnB, Drum and Bass, House and Garage, Dancehall, Reggae, Bashment, Jazz, Disco, Pop, Retro, Chart, Salsa, Latin, Electro and Acid.

Do you have the right to refuse placing an event in your listing even if we have paid or added your logo to your flyer?
The Situation.co.uk generally add all submitted events to our listing. However, Thesituation.co.uk has the right to refuse adding an event to its listing, whether paid for or whether its logo has been placed on the printed flyer. Thesituation.co.uk is under no obligation to give a reason for refusing to add an event. If you want to confirm that we will add your event before you make a payment or place our logo on your flyer, please email listings@thesituation.co.uk, providing full details of your club night as described above. If you make a payment and we refuse your listing, we will issue you with a refund. If you place our logo on your flyer and for what ever reason we do not wish to list your event, then Situation.co.uk will have no financial responsibility to the club promoter or owner.

What will happen if I have placed your logo on our flyer or have made payment and you do not, for some reason, add my logo to your listing?
In the event that for some unforseen reason, Thesituation.co.uk is unable to list your event, despite you making a £5.00 administration payment or placing our logo on your flyer, Thesituation.co.uk will refund the £5.00 administration charge but will have no financial obligation to promoters who have placed our logo on their flyer. Thesituation.co.uk try its best to update the website as promptly as possible, but will not be held responsible for any unforseen circumstances that make occur which prevents us from listing events.

Who supplys the artwork for an advertisement?
You will be responsible for providing artwork for paid advertising. Thesituation.co.uk will however, resize any flyers that you wish to make into an advertisiment for free.

What size are advertisements?
Advertisements that appear in the club and event section are 108 x 108 pixels.

Where do I make a payment?
If our logo is not placed on the reverse of your flyer, an administration fee of £5.00 will be required. This will cover the entire duration that your club night is listed. To pay administration fee, you will need to do so online, by Pay Pay, at Thesituation.co.uk/makeapayment
